1. Predevelopment Review. Review materials may be submitted to the Township Zoning Officer (herein called the Zoning Officer) for discussion with the Township Planning Commission as to the suitability of a parcel of land for a specific subdivision or land development use and for direction or advice from the Township Planning Commission. The review materials shall be submitted to the Township Engineer and the Joint Planning Commission for their review.
2. Preliminary Plan. Plans, supplementary data, and fees shall be submitted to the Zoning Officer for distribution to various review bodies. All reviews shall be submitted to the Township Planning Commission which shall review the plan and recommend action to the Township Council. The Township Council shall take action and advise the applicant in writing of their decision.
3. Final Plan. Plans, supplementary data, and fees shall be submitted to the Zoning Officer for distribution to various review bodies. The final plan shall be submitted within one year of the preliminary plan approval. All reviews shall be submitted to the Township Planning Commission which shall review the plan and recommend action to the Township Council. The Township Council shall take action on the plan and advise the applicant in writing of their decision. As a condition of approval, the applicant shall enter into improvement and maintenance agreements with the Township Council. No permits shall be issued until said agreements have been executed and secured to the satisfaction of the Township Attorney and until the approved final plan has been recorded in the County Recorder of Deeds Office.
