The Township employee is allowed to have a part-time or full-time outside job, but must first have, in writing, the approval of the Township Manager who will decide if his outside employment will not conflict in any way with his Township job. A note of caution needs to be stated. If the Township employee is injured while on his other job, the Township is not liable to pay for any disability incurred.
