§ 167. Appeals.
Should any applicant clearly demonstrate that because of the peculiar physical conditions pertaining to his land, the literal enforcement of the requirements of Parts 1A and 1B are impractical or will exact hardship, the Township shall be authorized to grant a variance from these regulations, which decision shall be in writing and forwarded to the applicant by certified mail and any party aggrieved by the grant or failure to grant a variance from these regulations may appeal such decision to the Township Council within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision of the Township.
