Any and all street occupancy permits which shall be issued under Parts lA and 1B shall be made conditional upon the permittee performing the work in accordance with the plans approved by the Township and the standards established by the Hanover Township Subdivision Regulations, and any and all additional regulations relating thereto adopted by the Council and where applicable, the Driveway Regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
