Each permit granted hereunder constitutes a revocable permission to occupy or to open Township right-of-way. by accepting a permit, each applicant agrees that if it becomes necessary to construct, reconstruct, maintain, change the grade of or otherwise alter the existing street, curb, sidewalk or access in such a manner that removal or relocation of the utility facilities, curb cut, crossover or access is required, such removal or relocation must be made by the permittee at his own expense.
