§ 1-734.   Disciplinary Actions.
   1.   By Township Manager. The Township Manager may reprimand, suspend, demote or dismiss, if necessary, for just cause. Violation of work rules set forth in § 735 will be grounds for immediate dismisaal. [Ord. 324]
   2.   Minor Offenses. Except for violation of the work rules which are grounds for dismissal, employees will receive warning notices from the Township Manager as follows:
      A.   One oral warning for the first minor offense followed by:
      B.   One written warning for the second minor offense followed by:
      C.   One day off without pay for the third minor offense followed by:
