§ 27-1105. Specific Requirements for Conditional Uses.
   1.   Food Processing, Preparation, Packaging and Related Distribution. For lots adjoining a residential zoning district, the following standards apply:
      A.   No truck traffic or truck parking shall be permitted within one hundred ninety (190) feet of the property line adjoining a residential zoning district, the following standards apply:
      B.   No loading or unloading shall be permitted from the side of any building facing a residential district.
      C.   Any trucks with a refrigeration unit in operation must be parked on the side of the building which is opposite the residential area.
      D.   Along the property line with a residential zoning district there shall be an earthen berm of at least ten (10) feet on which shall be evergreen screening shrubbery at least an additional eight (8) feet in height.
      E.   A fence of at least six (6) feet in height shall separate the lot from the residential zoning district.
