§ 401.   Purpose of Regulations.
The portion of the D & L Trail located in Hanover Township is a Township owned and maintained recreational area. In order to establish a safe and enjoyable area for the residents of the Township and other visitors to the trail, the provisions of this Part were adopted. (Ord. 645, 5/1/2023)
