KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 104. Duties of the Township Manager.
   1.   Permit Issuance. The Township Manager shall issue permits required by this Part upon the submission of properly completed and signed applications and payment of fees.
   2.   Inspections. The Township Manager or person designated by Township Manager shall monitor progress and perform compliance inspections to verify that each applicant fulfills all requirements of this Part and any regulations.
