During the first 6 months on the job the Township employee will be considered a probationary employee. The Township employee’s work performance will periodically be reviewed by his immediate supervisor (if any) and the Township Manager. They will discuss, with the Township employee, work efficiency, attitude toward the job, relationship with fellow workers, and ability to learn and perform the responsibilities of the job.
