1. The Township Manager is authorized to invest funds found to be in excess of current Township needs through the Cooperative investment Pooling Program of the County of Lehigh in certificates of deposit of properly insured banking institutions.
2. The Township Manager is authorized to invest funds found to be in excess of current Township needs through Certificates of Deposit of financial institutions that are federally insured, notes and obligations of the United States Government, and notes and obligations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
