§ 130.14 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
   The parent or guardian, or person standing in place of the parent, shall be liable for the payment of any fine and/or sentence of their child or ward under the age of 18 years, who is found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 130.10 through 130.14.
