(A) Sections 130.10 through 130.14 may be referred to as the "B-B" Gun Ordinance, even though they apply to other types of guns operated by means other than gunpowder.
(B) In the reference of division (A) to a gun of any type, and to the pellets such gun is capable of shooting, technical terminology or nomenclature apropos to guns in general is not used, it being felt that ordinary words and their generally accepted and common everyday meaning are sufficient. No action or prosecution taken under §§ 130.10 through 130.14 shall be defeated by the application of a technical term which would operate against the obvious intent of those sections.
