§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined by a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $50 together with the costs of prosecution and in default of the payment of such fine and costs shall be imprisoned in the county jail or in the city jail for a term not less than 10 days nor more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. In case any person, corporation, copartnership or firm shall be found guilty of violating the provisions of this act, the license issued to such person, corporation, copartnership or firm shall be deemed to have been revoked ipso facto and such person, corporation, copartnership or firm shall not be permitted to carry on such business within the corporate limits of the city for a period of one year after such conviction.
