§ 133.028 SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE.

Any replica or facsimile firearms possessed or sold, or displayed with the intent to sell, or manufactured within the corporate limits of the city with intent to sell in violation of this subchapter, or used in a rude, threatening or angry manner, shall be seized and forfeited to the city.
