It is unlawful for any person to place an advertisement in any newspaper, magazine, handbill, sign, poster, other publications or other advertising media with knowledge that the purpose of the advertisement, in whole or in part, is to promote within the corporate limits of the city the possession, transfer or sale of objects designed and manufactured as replica of facsimile firearms.
