It shall be the duty of the health officer, before approving of the certificate of inspection provided for in § 118.098, to require the hall or academy to have proper provisions made for ventilation and to be supplied with sufficient toilet conveniences and with a sanitary drinking fountain or fountains, the number to be regulated by the Board of Health.
