§ 53.005 SIDEWALKS ORDERED TO BE CONSTRUCTED, RECONSTRUCTED OR REPLACED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.

All sidewalks ordered to be constructed, reconstructed or replaced by the City Council and constructed by the city as delinquent pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be constructed of concrete in the manner and according to the specifications set forth in § 53.004.
