(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
(B) Construction and maintenance. Every person convicted of violating any of the provisions of § 53.012 may be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500 and costs of prosecution and or be imprisoned for 90 days or both.
(C) Snow and ice removal.
(1) Any violation of or failure to comply with the provisions of § 53.010 may be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500 and costs of prosecution and or be imprisoned for 90 days or both.
(2) Each day the violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
