All penalties imposed under this chapter for violations thereof shall be independent of one another, and the Town of Hammonton shall have the option of whether to prosecute a violator in the Hammonton Municipal Court under § 172-7 of this chapter or whether to move for revocation of the licensee's license, if such he/she has, under § 172-6, or both. The invoking of sanctions under § 172-6, or criminal penalties under § 172-7, shall not be a bar to a subsequent proceeding under either section.
