Any person who, by himself/herself or by his/her agent, servant, Clerk/Administrator or employee, shall establish, operate and maintain a junkyard, as herein defined, without a license as required by this chapter, or who, having had the license revoked, shall continue to establish or operate or maintain a junkyard upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge before whom said person is convicted.
