A. Upon any violation of the provisions of this chapter by a licensee, the Town of Hammonton shall have the right to serve on said licensee a notice that a hearing will be held by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Hammonton for the purpose of determining whether or not the licensee's junkyard license should not be revoked. Said notice shall set forth the particular violations complained of and shall set a date for the hearing, not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days after the service of said notice of hearing.
B. The Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Hammonton shall have the right to revoke or suspend the license of any licensee after the hearing as set forth above should it find the licensee guilty of having committed any or all of the violations complained of.
