The grantee hereby grants to the city the right to inspect all its books, records, strand maps, plans, financial statements and other similar materials of the grantee, insofar as they relate to the terms and conditions of this franchise and the performance of the obligations hereunder, upon reasonable notice to the grantee and during normal business hours.
