§ 115.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not more than $1,000. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 115.60 or 115.61 shall be guilty of a punishable offense, and shall be fined not more than $500.
