§ 114.17 FEES.
   (A) Each application for an automobile dealer’s license filed with the City Controller must be accompanied by a fee of $100; $50 of which shall be returned to the applicant in the event of rejection of his or her application and the remaining $50 shall be retained by the city, in the general fund, to cover the cost of considering and investigating the application. In the event the license is granted, then the entire $100 shall be retained by the city as a license fee for the license. For each additional location, there shall be a licensing fee of $100. There must be an application filed for each location for which applicant seeks a license to do business, and the application for each and every location must be considered and approved by the Committee on Automobile Dealers’ Licenses, as provided in § 114.15.
   (B)   The second application for a license to operate as an automobile dealer in the city shall differ in no respect from the first application, except that a fee of $25 shall be required.
