§ 112.146 INSURANCE AND BOND.
   (A)   The applicant for a trampoline center license shall furnish evidence to the City Controller of a public liability insurance policy in the amount not less than $50,000 for 1 person and $100,000 for any 1 accident, which shall be in force and effect during the time of operation for use by the public.
   (B)   The applicant for a trampoline center license shall further deposit with the City Controller a bond in the amount of $1,000 conditioned upon holding the city harmless from any and all liability or causes of action which might arise by virtue of granting the permit to the applicant and conditioned further that no damage will be done to the streets, sewers or adjoining property and that no dirt, paper or other debris will be permitted to remain upon the streets or adjoining property by the applicant.
