§ 112.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than $1,000. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person, firm, partnership or corporation operating an amusement device or arcade in violation of §§ 112.030 through 112.039 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500, each day’s violation constituting a separate and distinct violation.
