§ 112.130 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES.
   (A)   All theatrical, dramatic and operatic entertainments, shows and amusements, where these shows and entertainments are given for gain or for admission to which the public is required to pay an admission fee, the entertainments and shows and the person in charge thereof and engaged in carrying on the entertainments and shows shall be required to possess a valid license therefor.
   (B)   Fees for annual licenses under this subchapter shall be $100 per year.
   (C)   This license will be valid beginning January 1, 2005 and will expire December 31 of each year. Any theater not obtaining a license within 30 days of January 1 each year shall be required to pay $300 for the license. Regardless of the date obtained, the annual license will expire on December 31 of each year.
