Any person desiring an annual license to conduct and operate a skating rink in the city shall make application to the City Controller for the license. The license fee for an annual license shall be $100. This license shall be valid beginning January 1, 2005, and will expire December 31 of each year. Any business not obtaining a license within 30 days of January 1 of each year shall be required to pay $300 for the license. Regardless of the date obtained, the annual license will expire on December 31 of each year.
