§ 112.105 LOCATION RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to operate or maintain a public dance hall within 200 feet of any school, hospital or church within the city. The provisions of this section shall not apply to those public dance halls that have been in operation prior to February 18, 1935.
