§ 112.104 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   No licensee shall be permitted to operate his or her public dance hall between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, the City Controller, with the approval of the Chief of Police, may grant special permits in writing, allowing the establishments to operate until a later hour on special occasions. The application for a permit shall be filed with the City Controller not less than 48 hours prior thereto.
   (B)   No licensee shall permit his or her establishment to become a place for thieves, prostitutes, procurers, vagrants or other disorderly persons to congregate or loiter.
   (C)   No licensee shall permit any intoxicated person to dance or loiter in his or her place or establishment.
   (D)   No licensee shall permit any gambling in his or her place of business, or permit the placing or use of any gambling apparatus or paraphernalia in or about the public dance hall.
   (E)   No licensee shall permit the use of check-out privileges at any public dances in the establishment.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee operating under this subchapter, to permit marathon or endurance dancing, running, walking or any other endurance contest in any public dance hall in the city.
