(A) Every proprietor, lessee or manager operating under this subchapter, in whose place there shall be held any public dances of any kind, character or description, shall at all times open the hall for the inspection of any of the city officials mentioned in this subchapter.
(B) The applicant for a license under this subchapter, shall secure from the Secretary of the Board of Health a certificate showing that the hall in which dances are to be held is properly ventilated and equipped with 2 separate toilets, 1 distinctly marked “Ladies” and the other distinctly marked “Men.”
(C) The applicant for a license under this subchapter shall secure from the Building Inspector a certificate stating that the building in which the proposed public dance is to be held is constructed securely enough to permit the holding of a public dance, or the conducting of public dances.
(D) The applicant for a license under this subchapter shall secure from the Fire Chief a certificate to the effect that the hall in which the proposed public dance is to be held is properly equipped with adequate fire escapes and fire exits.
