§ 112.101 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to hold any public dance in a public hall unless it shall have first been duly licensed as a public dance hall as provided herein.
   (B)   The City Controller is hereby authorized to issue licenses for public dance halls only upon presentation of an application, giving the location and street number where the hall is located and the size of the hall, room, place or space so to be used. The application shall be properly signed by the applicant and approved by the Chief of Police, the Fire Chief, the Building Inspector and the Secretary of the Board of Health.
   (C)   The City Controller shall issue the license upon the payment of an annual license fee of $25 by the applicant, and upon the presentation of certificates properly signed and approved by the city officials mentioned in division (B) above.
