§ 112.085 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   If any person shall violate any provisions of this subchapter, in addition to any other penalty imposed for the violation, the person’s license to operate a recreational parlor, pool room or billiard hall in the city shall be revoked by the Mayor upon the advice of the Licensing Committee after a fair hearing before the Committee.
   (B)   In the event any person is issued a license under the provisions of this subchapter and the license shall be revoked for cause, no license shall be granted to that person to conduct or carry on the business within 6 months after the revocation.
