§ 112.082 BOND REQUIRED.
   Every applicant for a license under this subchapter shall file with the City Clerk a surety bond running to the city in the amount of $2,000, with surety acceptable to and approved by the City Attorney, conditioned that the applicant shall comply fully with this code and all other ordinances of the city and the statutes of the state regulating and concerning the business of the applicant. The term of the bond shall be for a period of at least 90 days subsequent to the termination of the license of the applicant. Action on the bond may be brought in the name of the city for the use or benefit of the aggrieved person.
