§ 112.038 PARKING AREA TO BE KEPT CLEAN; LOITERING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Arcade operator shall be responsible for maintaining a clean parking area free of litter and debris.
   (B)   Loitering shall be prohibited. “No Loitering” signs shall be posted outside the arcade.
