§ 112.016 APPLICATION AND FEE.
   (A)   The application for a license referred to in § 112.015 must be made at least 1 week previous to the first day on which the installation of equipment and erection of tents or buildings is begun, and the license shall be issued at least 3 days previous to the first day on which the installation of equipment and erection of tents or buildings is begun. Before any license shall be issued for the conducting, operating or exhibiting of any of the shows or enterprises allowed by § 112.015, the person desiring to conduct, operate or exhibit the performance or show shall make written application thereof to the City Controller. The application shall state the location where the show, exhibit or other performance is to be given; the character or type of show or exhibition to be given; and the length of time it is proposed to so exhibit.
   (B)   The Controller shall, on the payment to him or her of the sum of $100 for each day that the show or exhibition is to be conducted, issue a license therefor, which shall be good only for the particular character of show or performance indicated in the license and good only for the place and length of time therein indicated. The license fee of $100 per day shall also be paid for each fractional portion of a day that the performance or show is to be conducted.
