§ 112.003 EXHIBITIONS INSIDE BUILDINGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or exhibit any performance or show, commonly known as carnivals, or any show of puppets, wax figures, monsters, monstrosities, natural or artificial curiosities, deceptions, panoramas or similar enterprises where any admission fee is charged or to which the public generally is invited, unless the show or performance or similar enterprise is exhibited solely within the confines of a permanent building. Nothing contained in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the conducting, operating or exhibiting of performances commonly known as circuses or drive-in theaters, inside or outside.
