(A) The minimum standards established under this chapter for air pollution control shall be those standards found in Title 326 I.A.C. and those standards found in Ord. 3522 (as amended by Ords. 3588, 3672, 3838, 4621 and 5090).
(B) The Indiana Air Pollution Control Standards found in Title 326 I.A.C. are hereby incorporated into this chapter by reference as minimum standards along with Ords. 3522, 3588, 3672, 3838, 4621 and 5090 as well as any subsequent amendments to these ordinances, and shall be construed as an integral part of this chapter in the same manner and extent as if fully reproduced herein.
