(A) The minimum rules, regulations and standards established under this chapter shall, for solid waste management, be those rules, regulations and standards found in Title 329 I.A.C.; and for water pollution the rules, regulations, and standards found in Title 327 I.A.C.
(B) The Indiana Solid Waste and Water Pollution rules, regulations and standards found in Titles 327 and 329 I.A.C. are hereby incorporated into this chapter by reference as minimum standards and shall be considered an integral part of this chapter in the same manner and extent as if fully reproduced herein.
(C) However, the Department of Environmental Management shall not issue any National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits nor collect any fees related to such NPDES permits.
