A contractor or construction company undertaking any current job within the city must apply within 14 days of the passage of Ord. 7364 for a permit in order to be in compliance with this subchapter. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to relieve a contractor of obligation to fully repair all damage caused to public property.
