Any construction company doing construction work within the city who cannot access that work from designated truck routes only and will need to use local residential streets must obtain a permit through the Board of Public Works and Safety prior to commencing the construction project. All contractors must notify the Board of Public Works and Safety and must obtain permission from the Board prior to closing access to any public street for any period of time.
