For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS. Those districts designated “LB” and “GB” in the zoning code of the city and amendments thereto.
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS. Those districts designated “LI” and “HI” in the zoning code of the city and amendments thereto.
PARKWAY. The area as may be within or between 2 public streets and the area between the sidewalk and extending to the curb or edge of the hard-surfaced roadway.
PAVING. Any substance, including but not limited to, concrete, asphalt, cinders, gravel or slag, forming an artificial roadway or wearing surface, but not including grass.
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. Those districts designated “A,” “B,” “C” and “D” in the zoning code of the city and amendments thereto.
