(A) The grade of all sidewalks of the city shall conform to the grade of their corresponding streets.
(B) All sidewalks constructed in this city shall be installed on the lot line and not otherwise, and it shall be unlawful to construct any sidewalk in any manner other than as designated in this chapter.
(C) All sidewalks built or constructed in the city shall be of flagstone, concrete or mosaic tile. It shall be unlawful to build or construct a sidewalk of any other kind of material. Prism glass may be inserted into sidewalks where the walks are laid over vaults and areaways.
(D) All sidewalks shall be so constructed that, when completed, the top surface shall coincide with the grade of the space between the curb line and the street line, which grade shall be a uniform incline from the street line toward the curb line, with a fall of 1 inch to every 3 feet.
