§ 101.035 UNAUTHORIZED HAULING A NUISANCE.
   Unauthorized hauling over public streets or depositing or dumping within the city of slag, cinders, refuse, rubble or debris or any like substance which, in whole or in part, is to be and is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
