§ 101.033 TRUCK REQUIREMENTS.
   All trucks hauling the substances regulated by this subchapter over the streets within the city shall be equipped with bodies sufficiently tight to prevent the spilling of the substances over the streets or alleys of the city, shall not be loaded to a height which will endanger the contents falling onto the street and if the substances being hauled are in whole or in part of a size or density which can be windblown, the load must be completely covered with a tarpaulin or other effective cover or closure or the truck will be in violation of this subchapter.
