§ 101.013 OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to encumber or obstruct any street, alley, sidewalk, public ground, building or parkway in the city with any material, substance, vehicle or thing whatsoever.
