§ 101.010 INJURING SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to break or otherwise injure any sidewalk or to keep or leave any cellar door or grating of any vault on any highway or sidewalk or suffer the same to be left open or kept open in front of his or her premises so as to endanger life or limb.
