§ 101.007 KEEPING SIDEWALKS CLEAR.
   The occupant or owner, if there is no occupant, of each and every tenement building or lot in the city fronting upon any improved sidewalk shall clear the sidewalk in front of the tenement building or lot of snow or ice by 10:00 a.m. of each day and keep the sidewalk clear of snow or ice.
