§ 101.003 PLACING DEBRIS ON STREETS PROHIBITED.

(A) No person shall be allowed to place any building material or any other material whatsoever on any of the public streets, sidewalks or alleys of the city without a special permit.

(B) Property owners are hereby prohibited from moving onto public streets or ways any debris, refuse, objects or snow at any time.
